Wet

What we are looking for is an image that gives the feeling of wetness. Not a picture of a lake or stream, but an image that jumps out at you and says it you touch this, you will get wet.

News Story

For this assignment...you must find the story, then you have to write at least 1 paragraph about the story. 4 photographs minimum, all on one page.

In N Out...

Most of you knew this one was coming. I want you to do a series of image at In N Out, 20 images made into a slide show with music. Get Creative with your music also. You can mix daytime and nightime shots, close ups and wide shots. I want the whole story. The In N Out Logo must be in each image, or at least say In N Out. Only restriction,

YOU CANNOT TAKE ANY PHOTOS INSIDE OF THE RESTURANT!!!!!! Due to management restrictions and peoples right to privacy, no images of patrons either. You can bring friends and family with you and set up some of them. Remember Time of day is VERY important. Have fun with this one. Get Creative.

Night Shot

OK....this can be of any scene...it must be illuminated by it own surrounding lighting....in other words, dont use you flash. Taking a photo in total darkness will be disapointing.

Hints: You will absoultely need a tripod!!!!

Try to shoot about an hour after darkness sets in...not later. This will give your sky a little light and make it not just black...

Song Title

For this assignment, you will need to find a song you like (school appropriate) then create a photo that depicts the song...I need to know the name of the song. If it doesnt come up on Itunes, you cannot use it, sorry.

The photo used for this example was titled, "The Long And Winding Road" (The Beatles-you've heard of them).

ABC's

OK, this one will push your imagination to the limits....You have to locate and photograph every letter of the alphabet and the numbers 1-9 a total of 35 images. You CANNOT photograph letters on signs or buildings. Then, you edit them (but not change the actual letters (just levels) and create a slide show using Photostory3 and use music on the show (music must be acceptable to school standards...no exceptions please...dont ask). You cannot create any letters, all must be found. This assignment will teach you the disipline to find photographic content in the environment.

Shoot this on the weekend or you will not finish.
