These images were photographed by a few different students. All students are 16-18 years of age.

Welcome to the ROP Photography Blog

This blog was designed to Showcase the students work in the ROP Commercial Photography class. ROP (Regional Occupational Program) is part of the State of California's ROP program through the Central Sierra ROP. Bob Calkins, the instructor has been a professional photographer since 1973 and has owned his own studio, Motherlode Photography (www.motherlodephoto.com) since 1976. He holds a degree of Craftsman Photography from the Professional Photographers of America.

We plan to update this blog weekly and showcase a "Best of Show" every time... As we finish this school year, we are posting some of the best work from this year...In August, when we start school with a new class, we will begin posting the new students work...Come back often and check it out...feel free to post comments about the work...
